Beginning his financial services career with New York Life in 2009, Al has spent many years of his career on the corporate side of the business coaching and developing advisors to grow and succeed.
During his tenure as an advisor, Al has ranked up many achievements. Those achievements began during his first year in the business when he was named Greater Washington’s “Rookie of the Year” ranking #1 out of 82 agents that year and becoming the first African American to do so in the office’s almost 100-year history. He followed that up by being recognized as a repeat New York Life Council Member and becoming a member of the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table).

Sean Moore Jr

Growing up in Brooklyn, NY. Sean found an affinity for finance at an early age; from watching his father working on Wall Street to being a member of the virtual enterprise program throughout high school, he was able to learn the importance financial literacy.
He assists business owners, families and professionals by educating and providing them with various wealth accumulation strategies. Sean always aims to connect with his clients on a deeper level in order to understand how to best help them achieve their goals.

Rich is Reveal Wealth's Director of Operations. He started his career in financial services after graduating from the Smith School of Business at UMD in 2016. He went on to acquire the life & health license, series 6, series 63, series 66, and series 7 licenses. After 5 years and hundreds of families served, Rich developed a burning desire to add more value to his clients as a life coach. He started Internally Rich Coaching in 2021 with a mission to raise the collective consciousness of humanity. As a coach, Rich provides a safe space for his clients to be their most authentic and vulnerable selves, to work through their fears and limiting beliefs, and to make the tangible and intangible shifts necessary to create abundance in every area of their lives.
After starting his coaching business, Rich moved into the Director of Operations role with Reveal Wealth. Although no longer in an advisor role, he is still very passionate about holistic financial planning. In addition to his role as DOO, Rich is also the in-house mindset coach for Reveal, bringing a high level of intention and energy into every meeting and being a resource to our advisors to show up as their best selves every day. Rich is committed to making sure that our advisors and our clients are taken care of at a level unmatched in the financial services industry. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina Spartanburg and has served on many advisory boards in Greenville, SC. Currently, she hosts a virtual book club, where women meet monthly to discuss and share new insights developed through reading, and because Danyale loves being out in nature, she hosts the Oahu chapter of Girltrek, an organization focused on the health revolution of Black women by promoting and organizing national group walks and hikes.

Chris joined New York Life Insurance Company in 2014. Knowing he wanted to be in the industry, Chris interviewed with many companies but chose New York Life because of its emphasis on bridging the racial wealth gap. After getting a quick start to his career, he was promoted. He severed 3 years in management where he earned "Partner of the Year" for the Greater Atlanta general office in 2018. Towards the end of 2019, he decided to further grow his career by working with clients face to face.
As a Financial Advisor Chris currently holds a Finra Series 6,63,7, and 66. His motto is to help his clients face their financial fears through a blend of education and therapy. Brining their outlook on finances from labor to love.

With a challenging start in January 2020, Johnnie overcame prostate cancer and became vegan to reverse his diagnosis of diabetes.
Over the past three years, Johnnie has been recognized as the New Org Case Leader for 2021 and 2022 by helping over 300 families ensure the legacy, they worked so hard to provide remains for future generations. Blending knowledge and experience with planning and practice, he helps tailor customized strategies for life insurance and retirement.
An Omaha, NE native, Johnnie currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and daughter. He holds Bachelor’s and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees from the University of Phoenix, along with the Series 6 and 63 licenses.
